...that's what we've covered in our first four years of classes here at Come Home to Cooking...
All of us working together through a set of specific guidelines. But when you're cooking at home on your own, what questions come up for you? Maybe they're about creating the best menu and serving options for a specific occasion. How to coordinate the timing of separate dishes. What can be made ahead or left over for later. Why your crust might be soggy, the sauce lumpy, the broth cloudy, or the beans mushy. How to shop, cook and keep stocking your pantry so you’ll always have something on hand to save the day, not to mention your time, energy, resources, and good humor.
So many possible topics. That's why this year I'm setting aside time to provide personalized cooking consultations by phone. I'm here to offer whatever culinary insights or problem solving will help you feel more confident, inspired and at ease in your own kitchen. So we can all share the joy when we Come Home to Cooking.
